Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain applications using Golang or Java using clean code and software engineering best practices.
•Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices architecture.
•Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
•Build and operate using AWS services (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge) and provision infrastructure with Terraform.
•Write unit and integration tests, monitor application health and performance with observability tools, and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD; alternatively 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•5+ years of experience as a Software Developer and 3+ years of experience with Golang; adaptable to Java/Groovy or JVM-related languages.
•Proficiency in English at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate).
•Experience with financial industry or payments/authorization systems; strong code reviews and ability to resolve version control issues using Git.
•Experience designing scalable microservices and data modeling, writing unit/integration/performance/end-to-end tests, and using Swagger and API documentation.
