•Perform advanced audiometric tests and assessments to determine the most appropriate hearing solution for customers
•Guide customers through the full process from assessment to fitting and follow-up, ensuring high quality care
•Build and maintain professional contacts with NKO doctors and general practitioners to support customer care
•Create a welcoming and professional hearing center environment that encourages customer engagement
•Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth end-to-end customer experience
