  • •Build and maintain professional contacts with NKO doctors and general practitioners to support customer care
  • •Create a welcoming and professional hearing center environment that encourages customer engagement
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate documentation and a smooth end-to-end customer experience
