Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and reconcile daily cash balances across assigned bank accounts, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • •Prepare and maintain daily cash flow forecasts, analyzing inflows and outflows and completing cash reporting on time.
  • •Execute and monitor cash pooling activities to allocate funds between bank accounts and optimize liquidity within policy.
  • •Research, evaluate, and support short-term investment and financing opportunities when cash pooling is not available, ensuring compliance with treasury guidelines.
  • •Prepare performance monitoring reports, analyze results and trends, maintain audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of cash management and treasury operations, including cash reconciliation, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment activities.
  • •Experience working within finance operations, treasury, or shared services environments.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, financial reporting, banking operations, or finance shared services.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret cash flow information and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Business Administration (or related).
  • •Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
