Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate end-to-end paths to flight/fielding, aligning structural, electrical, GNC, autonomy, and payload teams from architecture through HITL testing and range operations.
  • •Actively resolve interface mismatches, integration gaps, and boundary disputes before they become blockers.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical, supply chain, and schedule bottlenecks, converting risks into burn-down plans with ownership and measurable exit criteria.
  • •Drive contract deliverables for implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring government deliverables are contractually compliant and submitted on time.
  • •Maintain and coordinate an integrated master schedule (IMS), monitoring timelines, reporting progress, and recommending actions to keep projects on time and within budget.
