Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct structural drafting / 3D BIM for concrete, steel, and wood buildings and prepare finished design drawings from sketches, notes, and details.
  • •Support package preparation and submission while monitoring conformance with quality, performance, safety and code requirements.
  • •Coordinate with colleagues in different disciplines across offices in a team-based environment and under limited supervision.
  • •Self-check drawings for quality assurance and use engineering project collaboration software platforms (e.g., ProjectWise, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • •Ensure procedures and company policies are understood to achieve deadlines and project goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma in Engineering Technology + 2 years of relevant experience
  • •Proficient in 3D Revit/BIM drafting

  • •EIT, C. Tech or CET designation, or working towards certification
  • •Familiar with AutoCAD 2015 or later, Autodesk Revit Family/BIM Software and MicroStation V.8 or later
