Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and enhance corporate financial models, including 3-statement modeling, to support short- and long-term planning with inputs from topline drivers and strategic initiatives
  • •Drive core FP&A workstreams: monthly forecasting (revenue, billings, expense), variance analyses, annual budgeting, and forecasting calendars
  • •Manage the financial planning tool (Drivetrain AI) and data integration across enterprise systems (NetSuite, SFDC); ensure alignment of COA and process documentation
  • •Analyze and track financial results, SaaS metrics, and industry benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities for enterprise outcomes
  • •Support corporate development initiatives (IPO readiness, equity fundraising, M&A, partnerships) with due diligence and research

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of total professional experience; 3+ years in Technology investment banking, Tech VC, or Tech PE with 2+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS company preferred
  • •Advanced modeling skills and spreadsheet operations (charts, graphs, pivot tables) with Google Sheets and Advanced Excel
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau) and financial planning tools (Drivetrain, NetSuite, Adaptive, TM1)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Statistics/Data Science or equivalent experience
  • •Proven ability to create financial and operational models with understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models and key metrics
