Job Summary

Lead and manage a team delivering middle-office operations for Trade, FX, Cash, and Settlements. Own end-to-end daily BAU execution, manage escalations, and ensure accurate processing, SLAs, KPIs/KRIs, and control adherence. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Oversight, and Technology to address operational risks, drive continuous improvement, support automation/STP, and standardize best practices. Provide governance reporting, exception handling, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Technical Coordinators across daily BAU operations.
•Own end-to-end delivery of daily BAU operations across equities, fixed income, FX, and cash, including trade capture through post-settlement processing.
•Oversee accuracy, market cut-offs, SLAs, and control requirements; assess exceptions and aged items and drive timely corrective actions.
•Serve as primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or client-impacting issues and ensure internal controls and documented procedures are followed.
•Manage KPIs/SLAs/KRIs and governance reporting; partner with Risk/Compliance/Audit/Oversight and Technology to support automation/STP improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in banking or investment operations, trade support, or middle-office functions.
•Strong end-to-end understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, cash and FX operations, and market infrastructure.
•Prior experience managing teams in fast-paced, time-critical operational environments.
•Hands-on experience with industry platforms such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, DTCC, CTM, Finastra, CLS, or equivalent systems.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
