Job Summary

Lead AECOM’s Army Client Account Management for the National Governments DOD program, driving sustainable account growth through strategic direction, account plan development, and performance management. Own client relationships, pursuit support, and Salesforce pipeline reviews, while coordinating with business line leaders, FBS, and marketing. Manage compliance activities (including FAR), review CPARs, resolve organizational conflicts of interest, and lead efforts to win new task orders and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction and positioning to drive DOD Army account growth, including competitor and SB analyses and resource investment decisions.
•Develop and manage account plans and opportunity pipelines, flowing down goals to engagement teams and supporting program/project opportunities.
•Lead pursuit support and SalesForce pipeline management, including weekly reviews, capture plans, teaming support, negotiations, and proposal ownership.
•Manage key client relationships and cross-business coordination, optimizing cross-sell opportunities and leading corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction.
•Oversee compliance and risk activities by facilitating risk management sign-offs, ensuring FAR compliance, reviewing CPARs, addressing OCI issues, and communicating performance up the NG chain.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or other related disciplines aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines.
•15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
•Travel required throughout CONUS with some OCONUS travel driven by project and opportunity needs.
•US citizenship is required for this role.
•In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches and expert negotiation skills.
