Production Leads

Lead day-to-day production activities on 1st and 3rd shifts in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. You’ll coach and train employees, support management with placement, control assessment, quality standards, and production communication, and administer short breaks while maintaining a safe, well-run work area. The role requires prior case ready department experience, reliable attendance, and the physical stamina to perform demanding production tasks.
