Job Summary

Own the roadmap for crypto and stablecoin features for Ebury’s Brazilian banking entity, working closely with a Paris-based main team. Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and deliver end-to-end product experiences with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, manage agile sprints and backlog grooming, and monitor product KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the first crypto hire in the São Paulo office, working closely with the Paris-based main team.
•Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap for crypto and stablecoin features within Ebury bank’s Brazilian entity perimeter.
•Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own the products shipped.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
•Conduct market research and monitor product KPIs, using agile methods to manage sprints, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.

•Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
