Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and oversee the Bank’s information security policies and protection strategies; lead the cyber security department in daily operations and information security risk management; supervise and identify issues related to information security incidents
  • •Collaborate with Global/Regional/Market stakeholders, including Technology and people managers, to implement policy, expense policy and regulatory requirements
  • •Lead and support peers in developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic, enterprise cyber security management program
  • •Assist the ASP Region with business technology planning by providing knowledge of cyber technology and systems and contributing to regional cybersecurity strategy
  • •Provide cybersecurity training sessions to improve awareness, set performance targets for direct reports, and contribute to professional development

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (minimum) with experience in IT security governance and operations, preferably in Financial Services or global corporate service provider
  • •Understanding of financial services cybersecurity regulations and experience engaging with regulators
  • •Desirable background in risk management, audit, or ISR qualifications
  • •Recognized cybersecurity certifications (ISO27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.)
  • •Willingness to travel as required within market and occasional international travel
