•Advise the board and executive team on all material legal matters.

•Provide authoritative legal opinions on regulatory treatment of ML tokens across ADGM, MiCA, and US frameworks.
•Serve as escalation point for significant legal risks and build relationships with external blockchain/digital-asset funds law firms.
