Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain registers for students with SEN/EAL/G&T support needs and exam accommodations.
  • •Oversee and continuously improve school SEN policies, procedures, and day-to-day provision.
  • •Track, analyze, and report on targeted student progress; conduct assessments and coordinate IEP development.
  • •Design, coordinate, and implement intervention programs; identify learning barriers and provide strategies to staff.
  • •Line manage SEN teachers/coordinators and learning assistants, mentor new staff, and provide training/coaching; lead parent and external agency engagement as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in special education and teaching certification (educational leadership/management workshops preferred).
  • •5+ years’ experience teaching Special Education.
  • •2+ years’ senior or middle leadership experience in a similar setting.
  • •Knowledge of SEN, EAL and G&T quality provision and curriculum, plus international accreditation, inspection, and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience developing and sustaining high-performance teams with stakeholders.
