Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor multiple live camera feeds to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches in real time.
  • •Receive, assess, verify, and clear security alarms according to established protocols while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Coordinate and dispatch security officers, maintenance teams, emergency services, or other responders as needed using radio, phone, or dispatch systems.
  • •Assume incident command for security events until relieved by higher authority; provide direction, gather critical information, and coordinate response efforts.
  • •Document incidents, alarms, dispatches, and actions taken in the incident management system and report system malfunctions or camera outages to the appropriate support team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certification.
  • •2+ years of experience in security monitoring, CCTV operations, or dispatching.
  • •Ability to work in a Security Operations Center (control room) environment.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Eligible for a US Government security clearance.
