Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Lead and help meet/exceed store performance metrics (sales, consumer service, charms).
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and follow up on daily store deadlines and activities.
  • •Support retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Assist with opening/closing procedures, train team members on product and promotions, and follow asset protection and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership experience.
  • •Proven leadership skills with a drive to challenge, empower, and achieve team results.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and the local language (written and verbal).
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance required.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems.
