Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver accurate and on-time monthly payroll for HP Romania in compliance with local legal and company policies.
  • •Manage payroll cycle activities including interface monitoring, payroll input/execution, controls and corrections, and post-payroll statutory filing.
  • •Respond to employee payroll inquiries with timely and accurate answers.
  • •Ensure compliance with SOX procedures and control framework.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of work experience in payroll/HR administration, payroll processing, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 3–5 years).
  • •Strong payroll administration and payroll processing skills.
  • •Knowledge of Romania payroll regulations.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent analytical capability.
  • •Fluent in Romanian and English; SAP Payroll or ADP Global View experience is highly desired.
