Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale, govern, and continuously improve PSR capabilities across the Asia Pacific VAS Sales organization.
  • •Drive regional PSR strategy and operating model, including engagement standards, prioritization principles, and execution governance.
  • •Provide senior technical leadership on payment performance topics such as authorization optimization, decline analysis, fraud/risk considerations, EMV 3DS/payer authentication, and tokenization.
  • •Enable scale through PSR standards, best practices, reusable materials, and targeted enablement/coaching for Sales teams.
  • •Monitor trends and drive continuous improvement by analyzing authorization and payment performance trends and translating product, industry, or regulatory changes into actionable guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, payments, or customer-facing technical roles with measurable client and revenue outcomes.
  • •Solid payments experience with strong payment success or performance consulting skills.
  • •Experience operating across the Asia Pacific region, with familiarity across Southeast Asia markets.
  • •End-to-end payments expertise, including authorization, fraud and risk considerations, payment gateways, EMV 3DS/payer authentication, and tokenization.
  • •Strong technical depth in payment integrations and troubleshooting, including API-based web services and using tools like Postman; strong analytical and communication skills with SQL/BI tools.
