Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee new vehicle deliveries, lease-returns, and trade-ins from the facility, ensuring seamless, accurate customer transactions.
  • •Lead and develop a field delivery team of Delivery Associates and Vehicle Operations Specialists, including coaching, training, and performance improvement.
  • •Manage trade-ins and inventory readiness, including titling paperwork via a 3rd party, pre-delivery inspections, and vehicle forecasting.
  • •Run operational planning for the delivery pipeline, pairing customers with Delivery Associates and sharing performance insights and corrective actions.
  • •Handle customer escalations and remove operational barriers using analytics and Salesforce reporting, ensuring delivery timelines and compliance.
