Job Summary

Ensure product and service quality by managing manual and automation testing across mobile (Android/iOS), web, and backend services. Create detailed test plans and cases, plan and coordinate testing activities, and design automation using the internal automation framework. Identify and thoroughly document root-cause issues, track bugs, and perform regression testing. Collaborate with engineers and product managers in Agile teams while improving QA CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
•Perform manual and automation testing for mobile (Android/iOS), web, and backend services.
•Create detailed test plans and test cases; estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
•Design, develop, and execute automation tests using the internal automation framework and system.
•Identify root-cause issues, document and track bugs, and perform regression testing when issues are resolved.

Key Requirements

•4+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
•Experience with manual and automation testing (API, E2E, mobile).
•Experience with testing frameworks including Detox, Selenium, TestNg, and Appium.
•Design and development skills in JavaScript and Java.
•Experience with MySQL and scripting (DevOps/AWS is a plus).
