Join Alan’s growth-focused engineering team to build user-centric frontend features that drive member acquisition and revenue. Key Responsibilities

•Develop self-serve flow experiences to convert prospects into members from discovery to signup.
•Support broader initiatives such as partnership integrations, referral systems, and brand campaigns to strengthen Alan’s market position.
•Build and optimize alan.com to handle high traffic and member conversion across markets.
•Power and scale Marketing Engine across paid, SEO, llm channels to drive organic and paid traffic.
•Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design) to ship high-impact features.
