Key Responsibilities

•Read patient documentation to understand assigned diagnoses.
•Transform healthcare diagnoses, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes.
•Assign standard codes by reviewing clinical statements.
•Create uniform vocabulary for describing the causes of injury, illness, and death.
•Support consistent documentation across medical facilities using standardized coding practices.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a Healthcare BPO with EM multi-specialty and CPC certification.
•Good knowledge of EM coding and procedure codes.
•Ability to progress into a QC role.
•1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications to navigate screens and learn new software.
•Ability to work scheduled Monday–Friday shifts 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with potential timing changes based on client needs.
