Key Responsibilities

  • •Own P&L for relevant specializations, coordinating budgeting and re-forecasts and maintaining finalized reporting outputs.
  • •Prepare monthly flash results and drive revenue/GP reviews, investigating discrepancies with delivery teams.
  • •Reconcile balance sheet accounts and process adjusting entries for clients invoiced based on estimates/media budgets.
  • •Partner with HR for accurate payroll reporting and staff cost-related queries, and support local tax reporting to authorities.
  • •Implement and maintain group finance controls, manage operational expenditure recording, assist with audits, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Own P&L reporting for designated specialization(s), ensuring accuracy and completeness of Balance Sheet and P&L.
  • •Coordinate bottom-up budgeting and subsequent re-forecasts, delivering finalized versions within the reporting suite.
  • •Prepare monthly flash results for designated business areas.
  • •Conduct revenue and GP reviews to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting with local delivery teams.
  • •Support payroll accuracy and prepare and submit relevant local tax reporting with consultants/authorities.
