Investigate root cause of out-of-control production material, new defect types, and abnormal spatial signatures, creating and optimizing inspection recipes while reacting to baseline shifts and excursions. Work daily in the fab with shift teams, partnering with fab engineering to contain, resolve, and reduce defects, present updates to management, and maintain documentation such as disposition specs and defect classification guides.
