  • •Execute the commercial banking business line strategic plan and guide the team to meet annual growth and customer retention targets.
  • •Lead business development activities and solicitation of new business within the local addressable market.
  • •Support sales efforts through client/prospect calls and manage recurring pipeline and portfolio management meetings with sales and credit teams.
  • •Lead leadership in structuring, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of major and complex loans, deposits, and treasury products in compliance with bank policies.
