Job Summary

Set direction for ENOC Aviation’s operational interests across the UAE and overseas, ensuring aviation operations meet established operational standards, EHS, quality, and customer service requirements. Accountable for aviation operations, quality control, and safety. Lead planning and expansion/upgrades for aviation assets, manage refuelling liability insurance, and drive new business opportunities and projects through negotiation, agreement management, and commissioning. Chair JV management committees and resolve stakeholder issues to safeguard ENOC interests.

Key Responsibilities

•Set direction and direct ENOC Aviation operations and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with operational standards, EHS, quality, customer service, and company policies.
•Develop plans for forward planning, timely expansion, upgrades, and/or replacements of ENOC Aviation assets (including JV assets), including approvals for operational equipment purchasing.
•Manage aviation refuelling liability insurance, ensuring operations and commercial deals minimize liabilities and coordinate with insurers on proposals and requirements.
•Influence and develop relationships with stakeholders (oil companies, airlines, airport authorities, government officials, suppliers), identify new business proposals, and manage agreements and project execution through commissioning.
•Lead management committees of JV’s as Chairman, act as an interface with Dubai Airports officials, and manage complex stakeholder issues to safeguard ENOC interests.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree with at least 6 years of experience in the Jet Fuel Industry.
•At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in reputed aviation operations.
•At least 3 years of experience in aviation facilities construction, maintenance, and project management.
•Experience across aviation supply chain operations, QC and QA systems, technology, business models, and agreements.
