Job Summary

CRM Marketing Lead will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for leads and prospects across multiple markets and channels, driving data-driven segmentation, personalisation, and AI-enabled campaigns. You’ll own mobile channels (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app), collaborate with Product/UX and Creative teams, and partner with global marketing leadership to optimize engagement, conversion, and pipeline across 17 markets and six brands.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end CRM strategy for leads and prospects, managing the global acquisition and nurture roadmap across multiple channels and markets
•Own the mobile channel strategy (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) and ensure alignment with platform developments, compliance, and opt-in growth
•Partner with Brand and Creative teams to lead end-to-end campaign development, incorporating generative AI and scalable messaging frameworks
•Track and optimise CRM performance metrics, design and lead A/B and multivariate testing to drive engagement, conversion, and ROI
•Serve as the primary CRM partner to global marketing leadership, presenting strategy and insights to senior stakeholders and driving cross-market collaboration across Analytics, CRM Operations, Product, Pricing, and Brand teams

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing with a track record of scaling prospect/lead nurture programmes across multiple channels
•Hands-on mobile channel expertise (SMS, Push, WhatsApp, or in-app messaging)
•Experience collaborating with Product and UX teams to enhance customer journeys and CRM functionality, and partnering with Creative teams for high-impact campaigns
•Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe), data tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau), and CDP tools for segmentation, personalization, ML, and reporting
•Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to build/interprete performance reports and extract customer insights
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (in English), with a globally collaborative approach and familiarity with generative AI in marketing contexts
