Job Summary

Drive top-line sales by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and related brands to end-user customers across your assigned Memphis territory. •Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners, including management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor a local market team on end-user development, including who to contact and how to execute purchasing processes.
•Partner with channel marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning, and communicate successes and failures to improve outcomes for key accounts and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred (construction field experience can substitute).
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and physical ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory; proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
