THESE CIFRE – Télé opération acoustique d’un drone sous -marins (F/H)

Prepare a PhD/CIFRE thesis within Thales’ Sonar General Studies team in Brest, focusing on robust acoustic communications between an autonomous underwater drone and a mobile surface operations center (or an immersed relay). Work to eliminate dependence on mine-countermeasure ROV cabling by developing communication methods that support both low-rate piloting commands and high-rate video return, using simulations and representative environment tests.
