Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with project managers, project accountants and financial leadership to monitor and control project costs.
•Coordinate with the project team to track deliverables, tasks, and project progress using Earned Value principles.
•Prepare, monitor, and control project timelines and cost forecasts across various project scales.
•Support project management processes, including opening/closing workflows and quality assurance; maintain project information (schedules, cost reports, progress reports).
•Assist in preparing project progress reports and forecasting up to project completion (ETC, EAC) and manage change requests to ensure regular follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,300 - 88,400 annually

Key Requirements

•DEP or DEC in administration or accounting (AEC/J) or equivalent
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and cost control, preferably in a service company
•Knowledge of earned value concepts for project tracking
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel); knowledge of planning tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) is an asset
•Bilingual in French and English is an asset
