Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve platform infrastructure as code using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GCP to keep environments reproducible, version-controlled, and auditable.
  • •Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end to ensure builds, tests, and deploys are fast, reliable, and secure.
  • •Own the observability stack (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) to enable a strong reliability culture.
  • •Define and manage SLOs for latency, availability, and error rates, including capacity management to stay within targets.
  • •Lead incident response for complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship fixes as code.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset, including SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, and blameless post-mortems.
  • •Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM, and managed services.
  • •Deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, including cluster design, networking, storage, and security.
  • •Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python, or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
  • •Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralized logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
