Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver the regional talent acquisition strategy aligned to Capco growth priorities.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team and build an inclusive, accountable, high-performance culture.
  • •Remain hands-on for senior and business-critical recruitment searches.
  • •Simplify and improve recruitment processes to deliver high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences aligned to global standards.
  • •Manage agencies and external partners; own regional recruitment reporting, analytics, and budgets; strengthen employer brand across regional talent markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive talent acquisition experience, including leadership across multiple APAC countries.
  • •Track record recruiting within consulting, financial services, technology, or digital environments.
  • •Experience leading and coaching remote or geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
  • •Professional fluency in English; additional regional language capabilities would be advantageous.
  • •Commercially minded and able to build high-performing teams while solving complex hiring challenges.
