Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while maintaining accurate cash balances and resolving discrepancies. Operate an online teller terminal, ensure customer information privacy, and follow teller procedures and compliance requirements. Build professional client relationships by addressing inquiries and cross-selling bank products. Coordinate with team members, complete required reports, and attend training as scheduled.
