Job Summary

Lead and scale a high-performing Merchant Onboarding team at Tabby, driving activation of merchant partners through optimized onboarding processes. Own end-to-end funnel metrics, implement tech enablement (AI/CRM) to pre-qualify leads, and partner across RevOps, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech. Build SOPs, dashboards, and a culture of accountability to ensure fast, accurate onboarding and immediate merchant activation.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, train, and lead a large team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives; build a high-performance culture around defined KPIs (call volume, connect rates, conversion, time-to-live).
•Lead the integration of technology to automate pre-qualification of leads and design workflows that allow the sales team to focus on high-quality merchants.
•Own end-to-end funnel metrics; identify and fix leakage points to ensure merchants are activated quickly and accurately.
•Design and document SOPs and Playbooks for sales and onboarding teams; remove bottlenecks by clarifying dependencies across departments.
•Act as a cross-functional bridge between RevOps, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech; translate constraints into executable plans and maintain dashboards for performance tracking.

•Ability to hire, train, and lead large teams of Inside Sales Managers and Executives; develop and implement KPI-driven coaching programs.
