Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end payment processing platform across POS and eCommerce, covering authorization, transaction routing, tokenization, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
•Define and execute the product roadmap for payment gateways, APIs, integration services, and processing capabilities based on business value, scalability, and platform reliability.
•Lead payment integrations and platform architecture, managing hosted solutions, SDKs, APIs, and industry-standard protocols including ISO 8583, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with engineering teams on API design, processing workflows, non-functional requirements, and production readiness across EMEA and APAC.
•Drive product performance and continuous optimization through KPI ownership, monitoring authorization success rates, transaction performance, platform availability, and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of Technical Product Management experience delivering complex payment platform capabilities, API products, and transaction processing solutions in fintech, payments, or software environments.
•Strong knowledge of payment architectures and transaction lifecycles, including authorization, routing, settlement, gateway integrations, APIs, and industry-standard messaging protocols.
•Hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria while partnering with engineering teams through the SDLC.
•Proven ability to solve complex integration and platform challenges using data-driven analysis and delivering scalable, resilient solutions.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align engineering, operations, commercial, and executive audiences.
