Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end risk and compliance programs for Membership Services, defining scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, and success measures.
  • •Build and manage cross-functional project plans to bring structure and accountability to complex initiatives across Product, Health, Legal, Privacy, Engineering, and Operations.
  • •Partner with Product and business teams to identify risks, assess operational impact, and embed readiness into launches of new products, features, channels, and markets.
  • •Drive program governance via status reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, decision tracking, and timely escalation.
  • •Serve as primary program partner for audits, change reviews, and compliance readiness planning, coordinating cross-functional plans to close readiness gaps and respond to incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of direct program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong program management fundamentals: scope definition, planning, milestones, dependencies, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, and status reporting.
  • •Exposure to risk, compliance, privacy, consumer protection, health, or other data-sensitive environments (deep legal/regulatory expertise not required).
