Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist II - Non-Driver (Non-Auction)

Facilitate and manage transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region by verifying vehicle status with pickup sites, monitoring master data, and handling operational communications across multiple locations. You’ll process orders (including AS400/manual orders), manage holds and verification delays, investigate VIN dispatch issues, and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and carriers. The role also tracks performance analytics and reports results to executive leaders.
