Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage the engagement’s operating system, including trackers, decision logs, rituals, onboarding docs, and support channels; set the weekly cadence and ensure scalable processes.
  • •Drive rollout and adoption in the field by planning floors/lines/shifts, developing adoption strategies, tracking rollout and feedback, and triaging blockers.
  • •Close the loop between field and team by gathering structured end-user input, translating it into backlog items, and communicating progress to leadership.
  • •Translate strategy into tradeoffs by making the prioritization and staffing decisions visible and guiding the team through changing priorities.
  • •Own staffing needs and onboarding as the team scales, ensuring new members are productive quickly and align with engagement goals.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years operating inside or alongside healthcare delivery systems (health system ops, delivery/implementation org, healthcare-focused consulting, payer ops, or embedded product/engineering team)
  • •Demonstrated ability to run programs with real P&L or budget accountability (e.g., 15+ people, $5M+) and defend operational metrics weekly
  • •Strong cadence, KPI tracking, and on-site operational discipline; ability to establish weekly rituals and scalable processes
  • •Experience building operating systems, templates, or playbooks that get adopted by teams
  • •Deep healthcare workflows knowledge with ability to push back on unrealistic timelines or on-site constraints
