Job Summary

Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through excellent customer service and retail experience. Welcome shoppers, understand needs, and convert them into buyers while promoting the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain grooming and product knowledge, support merchandising and visual presentation standards, process POS transactions and payments, and record inventory inward/outward while following SOP and loss-prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize and contribute to in-store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
•Greet customers, assist product selection, convert window shoppers to buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
•Stay updated on group brands to support suggestive selling and maintain grooming/attitude/knowledge standards.
•Execute merchandise and visual presentation duties, including following VM guidelines and stock layout norms.
•Operate POS/billing counter, process payments and refunds, tally cash in/out of shifts, and record inventory inward/outward while following SOP and loss-prevention policies.

Key Requirements

•Provide exceptional in-store customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection.
•Demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge and contribute to suggestive selling.
•Maintain a presentable, well-groomed appearance and follow company selling guidelines (GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
•Support merchandising standards by ensuring stock is correctly laid out and VM guidelines are followed.
•Record inventory inward/outward, handle POS/billing counter tasks, and adhere to SOP and loss-prevention policies.
