Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and deploy optimized data collection plans with moderate guidance.
  • •Connect new tools with the AIX server under high guidance.
  • •Set up and deploy TE models and support the TE deployment plan at new sites.
  • •Provide moderate technical support to team members in other geographical areas and 2nd-level TE support to existing TE sites.
  • •Deliver instructor-led AIX training and develop/update training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires knowledge and experience with TE applications for setting up and deploying AIX Analytics at comprehensive service agreement sites.
  • •2+ years of hardware experience on at least one tool type in a fab, with preferred process knowledge on at least one tool type.
  • •Field operation experience and understanding of customers’ operational models and the Field Service Org/Account Team service business.
  • •Functional knowledge using many AIX reporting functions at the latest AIX release level, plus basic knowledge of advanced analytics and FDC.
  • •Ability to solve straightforward problems using TE advanced analytics and standard TE procedures, including working with other tool/process experts to fill technical gaps.
