Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for cleanroom infrastructure and fab utility systems to maintain uptime and production continuity.
  • •Ensure environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) stay within cleanroom specifications through inspections and system tuning.
  • •Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance Systems (daily through annual schedules) and maintain SOPs, task scopes, tools, and time standards.
  • •Lead rapid response to facility alarms, equipment failures, and cleanroom excursions; diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and control issues to restore operations.
  • •Lead facilities technicians/contractors and manage external vendors while ensuring EHSS compliance, audit readiness, and accurate maintenance documentation using CMMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •15–20+ years of experience in facilities or cleanroom maintenance in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, UPW, wastewater, electrical systems, compressed air, gas and chemical systems, and cleanroom infrastructure.
  • •Experience in 24×7 fab operations.
  • •Certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical safety, or EHS.
