Firewall, Prisma - Network Security Senior Specialist Advisor

Maintain and operate customer network security infrastructure across multiple vendors, including Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls and Prisma. Design, confirm, and troubleshoot traffic flows and security implementations, handling Requests/Changes/Incidents/Problems, writing Palo Alto reporting queries, and providing 24x7 on-call support for high-severity events. Ensure SLA and operational standards, perform system maintenance and health checks, and escalate technical issues while proposing improvements to improve customers’ security posture.
