Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily maintenance and operations for customer network security infrastructure across multiple network security platforms.
  • •Support and resolve Requests, Changes, Incidents, and Problem records for customers’ network security environments.
  • •Troubleshoot firewall and network traffic flows using tools like packet captures and debugs; maintain accurate product and security documentation.
  • •Provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers and manage problems until closure, including creation of customer tickets.
  • •Deliver 24x7 on-call support for high severity incidents, execute health checks, and perform upgrades/patches and rule set reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 12+ years of network security administration experience, with strong troubleshooting experience on Palo Alto firewalls.
  • •Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Prisma, and Fortinet.
  • •Expert knowledge of Palo Alto URL filtering, vulnerability protection, AV, and anti-spyware profiles, including App-ID and app filters.
  • •Ability to grasp complex issues to arrive at optimal solutions and provide technical escalations when needed.
  • •Knowledge of networking/security architectures and integrations with LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory; ITIL certification is a plus.
