Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as lead architect for the overall engagement by coordinating and aligning work of multiple architects across the team.
  • •Ensure scalable, standard methodology solutions that meet and exceed customer needs.
  • •Guide evaluation of business and technical requirements and review key project vision, direction, and implementation approach.
  • •Direct early solution evaluation, proactively manage issues, and engage effectively with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
  • •Balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on solution delivery and mentor diverse teams involved in technical delivery and communication/executive influence.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR) plus coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • •Deep functional and business knowledge of industries/verticals Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications, preferably in Australia and New Zealand markets.
  • •Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration.
  • •Experience guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technologies for business use cases.
  • •Ability to work independently and with distributed teams, learn new technologies quickly, and demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
