Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage physical vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are ready-to-sell and lots are clean and organized.
  • •Conduct lot walks and physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and tracking.
  • •Partner with allocations and internal teams to inform inventory needs and manage lease returns, trade-ins, and fleet vehicles onsite.
  • •Perform and verify vehicle intake inspections for inbound vehicles and ensure compliance with quality standards; liaise with Service for required repairs.
  • •Coordinate logistics for vehicle movements between Lucid facilities and third-party locations and assist with deliveries during high-volume periods.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in operations or support roles.
  • •Ability to be hands-on with vehicle operations and work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • •Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid Training upon hire.
  • •Preferred: proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM) and prior automotive sector experience.
