Job Summary

Support the development of planning strategies across Pre-Season, In Season and Post Season to optimize sales, gross profit and inventory. Analyze brand/category performance, maintain stock budgets, and coordinate with Buying to ensure in-season execution and open-to-buy targets across stores, while monitoring trends to minimize stockouts and liquidate slow-moving stock.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare brand/category MIS analytics based on actual sales, forecasts, inventory checks and upcoming events
•Maintain and analyze brand/category sales history, stock budget and current inventory to forecast by season and calculate open-to-buy figures for each store
•Monitor brand/category plans using store analytics, customer preferences and trends as advised by Buying
•Coordinate with buying for in-season execution across stores (stock balancing, markdowns, stock vs sales analysis)
•Ensure promotions are executed as planned in the Trade Calendar and identify opportunities to optimize GMROII

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
•Experience in brand/category planning and inventory management
•Ability to prepare MIS analytics and sales forecasts by brand/category
•Strong collaboration with Buying/merchandising teams to execute plans
