Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
  • •Train the team and model LS&Co selling behaviors.
  • •Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor, including store operations and visual merchandising.
  • •Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience while driving key initiatives.

Key Requirements
