Job Summary

New Product Introduction Buyer/Planner coordinating across Engineering, PMO, and Supply Chain to drive procurement execution, material tracking, and build readiness for rapid-iteration hardware development. Supports mechanical, electrical, PCBAs, or full subsystems, ensuring CTB readiness and timely parts delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Submit and track purchase requests; follow procurement through the supply chain to delivery and receiving.
•Own CTB analyses and ensure live material availability against build schedules.
•Track releases through PLM, assess material impact of engineering changes, and manage obsolescence.
•Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers for capacity, constraints, and material movements.
•Track KPIs and maintain procurement dashboards; support program management with schedule tracking and milestone reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
•5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering operations.
•Experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, or other hardware-intensive industries preferred.
•Exposure to NPI, prototype builds, or early-stage product development preferred.
•Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and PLM tools (Jira, Asana a plus).
