Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to controls and procedures by performing error analysis to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
  • •Track and document process improvements (benefits, time saved, capacity utilization) and implement process redesigns for efficiency.
  • •Develop and maintain subject expertise, including custody workflow knowledge and inputs related to SWIFT instructions.
  • •Maintain risk management and control activities, including internal risk audit or FMEA analysis on a quarterly basis.
  • •Investigate exceptions to ensure timely resolution, support complex issue resolution, maintain MIS data, and provide hands-on training/cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •A Graduate from any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
  • •Minimum 24 months of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • •Able to work in shifts and/or on a rotational basis (Night Shift: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and MFS Income & Re-reg/Daily Valuation operations.
  • •Knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., equities, bonds, mutual funds, 401K funds) and custody/sub-custodian banking network.
