Key Responsibilities

•Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades, arrow boards) according to project plans and MUTCD guidelines.
•Assist with lane closures, detours, and flagging operations.
•Direct traffic safely through construction zones using hand signals, paddles, and communication devices; monitor and adjust traffic flow measures.
•Follow company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations; report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.
•Assist with general labor duties and load/unload/transport traffic control equipment and materials; coordinate needs with supervisors and crews.
