Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead engineering projects across product lines, collaborating with AI, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver secure systems that provide customer value.
•Scale document ingestion and processing and design data collection across 50+ jurisdictions to support growth.
•Lead the development of secure, high-quality features across the stack, including AI-native capabilities like agentic orchestration layers and tool calls.
•Architect intuitive UX and robust APIs for streaming results, long-running processes, and complex tool-calling workflows across web, desktop, mobile, and API integrations.
•Ship across the full stack using React + TypeScript on the frontend and Python + PostgreSQL on the backend to support multiple product lines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 231,000 - 314,350 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
•Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS (TailwindCSS), Python, or related technologies.
•Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products and shipping highly intuitive products.
•Experience building scalable and extensible solutions across the stack that can support multiple product lines.
•Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge; grit and ability to thrive in early-stage startups are a plus.
