Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Technology/Systems, or Telecommunications, plus two years of experience in the role or closely related engineering work.
  • •Two years of production support experience, including interpreting system logs and collecting diagnostic data.
  • •Experience with root cause analysis and implementing security vulnerability fixes.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Python, Bash, GitLab, Linux, Jira, and Confluence.
